Volkswagen Car-Net App – Car-Connectivity Included For 2020

Volkswagen Car-Net, 5-Years Free Connectivity Car-Net is a mobile application that connects Volkswagen owners with their cars.  And most new 2020 VW models are getting connected for free. Through smartphones, Car-Net offers a number of connected-car services.  And, these services are exclusive to VW owners. Historically these services have required a subscription.  But for 2020, Volkswagen is adding 5-years of free service with almost all new VW's. "Since 2014, Volkswagen has been including Car-Net accessibility in a growing list of new vehicles," says Randy Halcomb.  Randy is the Biz/Dev Director at Ontario VW.
